💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Average Weekly Pay:

$1,500

Average Annual Pay:

~$78,000

Pay Structure:

CPM-based (based on experience)

Mileage:

Consistent miles (flex account based on demand)

🚚 POSITION DETAILS

Freight:

Dry freight

Route Type:

Dedicated Flex (Nationwide)

Freight Handling:

Driver unload required (rollers)

Unload Details:

~4,500 cases per load
3–6 stops per load

Equipment:

Automatic trucks

Additional Info:

Flexible dispatch based on freight demand
Nationwide deliveries across lower 48
Hands-on, active position (not just driving)

🏠 HOME TIME

Out 3–4 weeks

Home 3–4 days (once per month)

Nationwide (Lower 48 states)
Routes shift based on demand

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A required
Minimum 3 months experience
No SAP
Must be physically capable of unloading freight
Must be comfortable with OTR + flexible routing

🎓 ORIENTATION

Duration:

4–5 days

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday/Friday

Locations:

Burns Harbor, IN
Fontana, CA
Dallas, TX
Salt Lake City, UT
Remote option available

Includes:

Lodging provided (dorm-style)
Travel provided (Greyhound; reimbursement up to $100)
Meals not provided
Paid minimum wage for actual orientation hours only
